Ordering and payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay at checkout. All payments are processed over a secure, encrypted connection.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has not been dispatched we will do our best to help.
Shipping and delivery
Where do you ship?

How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have not received one within 4 business days, check your spam folder or contact us.
Sizing and fit
How do I find my size?
Men's pants are sized by waist and inseam in inches. Women's pants use US sizing from XS to XL. Check our size guide for full measurement charts.
Do your pants run true to size?
Generally yes. Men's waist measurements are accurate to within half an inch. Women's sizing follows standard US garment sizing. If a style runs differently, we note it on the product page.

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving your return. Your bank may take a further 3 to 5 business days to show the funds.
Care and garment information
How do I care for my pants?
Care instructions are printed on every garment label. As a general guide: machine wash cold, hang or lay flat to dry, iron on low heat.
