Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship to US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands), PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase and no discount code required. The price you see at checkout includes free delivery.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or US federal public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a separate dispatch email with a tracking link when it ships.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur around US public holidays or during periods of high carrier volume.

Order tracking

A tracking link is sent to your email address as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have not received a tracking email within 4 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at support@newmae.com with your order number.

Split shipments

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels from different fulfilment locations. You will not be charged extra for split deliveries, and each parcel will have its own tracking link sent separately.

Undeliverable packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you by email to arrange redelivery. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before confirming your order.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within 12 business days of dispatch, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the order cannot be located, arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
