Section 20: Returns and Refunds

Customers may request a return within 60 days after receiving an order.

To qualify for a return, an item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

To start a return, contact support@newmae.com and include your order number. Return instructions will be provided after the request is reviewed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.

Newmae does not charge restocking fees for approved returns.

Eligible exchanges are available upon request and remain subject to product availability.

After a returned item has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
